- 20 Year guarantee with a life expectancy exceeding 50 years - Unlike a lot of newer materials EPDM has been installed in America for over 40 years and is now the most used single ply membrane in the world
- Once installed the EPDM requires little or no maintenance and not a single drop of water will pass through the membrane
- Safe heat free application which equals lower insurance premiums - As EPDM is a cold applied system there is no need for any heat guns or tar boilers etc which is not only safer it also reduces your insurance premiums
- Environmentally friendly - EPDM is an inert material which has a limited environmental impact during its manufacture in comparison to other membranes. When coupled with its high durability this makes EPDM a significantly greener option than other systems
